We want all Double Duty Diesel customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. Our Returns Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products purchased through Double Duty Diesel. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Returns Policy
If customers would like to return a product it must be done within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) being returned must be new, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with necessary tags, labels and accessories included.
Double Duty Diesel will not accept the return if the product is damaged or used from an attempted install or if it has not been returned with the necessary tags, labels and accessories including any customer action that will prevent Double Duty Diesel reselling the product.
Any parts that have been installed, mounted & welded or altered in any way including electronic tuners that are vin locked will not be accepted including any special-order items.
Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team. Please contact us at admin@doubledutydiesel.com. When contacting us regarding your return please ensure you provide your order details and a clear explanation for the return.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product reaches us safely. Please ensure your name is clearly stated on the return package and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we have received the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria outlined in above paragraphs. If the product passes the inspection, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount. To complete a return a proof of purchase is required.
If you receive your product(s) and it is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item or arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference. For any missing items including all shipment discrepancies, they must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team if you have questions and/or require any assistance. When sending a return, we encourage you to email a picture pre-shipment to best assist in any claim or other problems with shipments.
Sale items are not eligible to be returned and only regular priced items may be refunded.
Double Duty Diesel reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is encouraged that you review this policy periodically for any updates.
