Borg Warner Turbos K27 replacement for the Holset HX35W turbocharger.
The K27 turbocharger is capable of supporting diesel trucks up to 450HP.
Featuring a 57.2/83.7mm Forged Milled Wheel (FMW). The 7/7-blade compressor is made to resist low- and high-cycle fatigue.
The 70/58.83mm 12 blade Inconel turbine is a made for quick-response.
The turbine wastegate housing is a twin-volute, and an adjustable wastegate actuator is preset at 26 PSI (325hp), which is safe up to 40PSI (450hp) with a Power Driven Diesel Turbo Tuner.
Like the Holset, the oil inlet is a threaded M12 and oil drain is threaded M8.

1994-1998 Direct Fitment – No modifications required, may just need to clock turbo
1998.5-2002.5 Cummins with a HX35W turbochargers, A Cummins 3927811 cast elbow and 3903652 v-clamp is needed to use you current downpipe.
1998.5-2002.5 Cummins with a HY35W, A Cummins 3927811 cast elbow and 3903652 v-clamp is needed to use you current downpipe. Replacement of the two studs installed into the original turbine inlet flange will also be needed
2003-2007.5 Cummins with either a HY35W, HE351W, or HE351CW a fabricated or adaptor for the compressor discharge and for the turbine discharge are necessary. With a HE351CW turbocharger, a boost fooler, or resistor is also necessary.
(Does not fit well with industrial (3rd gen) close style exhaust manifold.
